Heart Clinic on Sunday February 12, 2012
(All BREEDS are welcome) at the Indy Winter Classic Dog show Site.
West pavilion, Indiana State Fair Grounds, Indianapolis, IN.
Approximately from 9:00a.m. Till 4:00p.m.
Auscultation,Color Doppler, Echocardiogram Evaluation for OFA Heart Certification.
Conducted by Dr Andrew Mills, DVM, performing veterinarian practioner recognized by OFA .

Walk-ins day of show are welcome or you can pre-register for convenience of having paperwork ready .
There is no need to shave the dog for exam.
Labradors will take preference if they are waiting for test, over another breed.
Cost of the test will be $85.00. Make checks out to HLRC, Inc.
Be sure to have the entire dog’s AKC/birth /microchip information at the time of evaluation with you.
