24 mos old chocolate female labrador  available for

a house dog pet prospect.

 We are offering this young girl to the right home only with  a  secure fenced yard for playing in.

We are seeking a new for ever home for our retiring chocolate girl named Nikki.

I am seeking an older couple that has the time to enjoy her .To  take walks together, work in the yard and maybe go for drives . She is house broke, crate broke, and is not destructive to things.She loves hard balls, nylah bones, kongs, braided ropes,white sterile bones.

 I do NOT have cats and would not suggest a home with a cat for this reason.

She has been with our two house labradors but I would prefer she be the  center of attention and be an only lab. She is smart, and affectionate to her person.

I would prefer a person that has had a labrador previously and has the  experience of dog ownership and  is at home alot to be company for her.

Shes a neet  dog  but not  for breeding and will be  spayed .
